The Wyoming Dinosaur Center consists of a 16,000 sq. ft. museum that houses life-size dinosaur mounts, interpretive displays and dioramas as well as a modern laboratory, which allows visitors to view the fossil preparation process. The gift shop features a broad spectrum of educational, paleontological and geological gifts. The admission fee is $6.00 for adults and $3.50 for children and seniors. We also offer group and school rates.  The center offers dig for a day programs, kids’ digs, dig site tours and VIP tours.  The dig for a day program is for families and individuals that want to experience firsthand paleontological fieldwork. An adult must accompany children under the age of 18. This program starts June 1st and runs through September 15th (depending on the weather). The cost for the program is  $125.00 per person or $300.00 for a family of three with $75.00 for each additional child.  Advance reservations are required.  The kids’ dig program is for children ages 8 to 12.  The participants get to experience excavation of dinosaur bones, shell collecting, prep lab and molding and casting techniques.  This program is offered on specific days throughout the summer.  For 2005 the dates are June 8 & 22, July 6 & 20 and August 3 & 17.  The cost is $60.00 per child and advance reservations are required.  The dig site tour is a guided tour that starts mid May and runs through September.  The hourly tours go out everyday starting at 9am with the last tour leaving at 4pm.  No reservations are necessary.
