The Historic Mansion House Inn is conveniently located on Historic Main Street and Hwy 16, scenic route to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.

The Historic Mansion House Inn was built in 1903 by retired Army surgeon, Dr. Howard Lott. The estimated cost of that home to build was $50,000. It has hand carved oak mantles, original leaded glass windows and boasts one of the most beautiful oak stain cases in Wyoming. Following Dr. Lotts death in 1913, Mrs. Lott opened her home and ran a boarding house for a number of years housing railroad families; providing school rooms when a local fire destroyed the school house; and prepared many a delicious meal for locals and people passing through. After Mrs. Lott's death, the home was locally purchased and opened as a motel in the late 1940s.

The Mansion House was purchased in 1994 and has been restored to resemble the early days as a turn-of-the-century home.

The Mansion House Inn presently has seven Western Victorian rooms, each decorated a little differently, all with private baths, color cable TV, and air conditioning. There is also an indoor spa. We also provide eleven additional and comfortable motel rooms. Continental breakfast is served every morning, which includes homemade pastries, juice, and coffee.
