We are convenient to most amenities in town — within walking distance of the local grocery store, the town park, the hiking trail along Clear Creek, the largest outdoor swimming pool in Wyoming (which is FREE to the public), the YMCA, the 4-Star Buffalo Golf Course, the Jim Gatchell Museum, and historic downtown Buffalo.

We offer very cozy and comfortable Buffalo, Wyoming cabins and lodging with modern conveniences, including telephone, extended cable TV, refrigerators, air conditioning, and private bathrooms with showers. The Mountain View also has a full service campground with 14 hookups (water, electric and sewer) and three tent sites to accommodate RVs and those who prefer to camp. There are modern showers, a small laundry facility and most spaces are nicely shaded. Our courtyard is open to campers. Rates vary by season and range from $15-$20 for tents, and $18-$25 for full hookup sites.

Our facilities are great for reunions, parties and other large groups. Our twelve cabins surround a very nice courtyard that has tables, gas grills, a fire pit, and many large trees for our patrons to enjoy. Our courtyard provides a comfortable gathering place for groups. Complimentary coffee, tea and a newspaper are waiting for you each morning in the court yard.
