In 1913, George C. Carroll entered the real estate business and the first Carroll Realty office opened its doors with his son Granville Carroll, operating the company until 1955. The company continued to grow under the leadership of Don Carroll, grandson of George Carroll, affiliating with ERA, (Electronic Realty Associates) in 1978. The family-owned business developed the reputation for honesty and reliable service, which it upholds today. In 1990 the company was sold to long time employee, Dixie See, who aggressively expanded the business, always striving to provide new and enhanced services. The agency recently merged with Banner Realty which brought with it a strong ranch and rural real estate department. Tom Belus and Jane Clark joined Dixie as owners of this full service real estate organization. |
