Moskee
U.S. Highway 85 near the Hardy Ranger Station

In the early 1900s, the McLaughlin Tie & Timber Company started this sawmill town. In 1907, however, they ceased operations. In 1921, the Homestake Mining Company began lumbering and sawmilling for mine timbers. During the Second World War, the mill and town were closed and never reopened. Not much remains of this old site, which was almost all leveled by Homestake.
