| The Mormon Trail crosses State Highway 150 about eight miles southeast of Evanston, near the Wyoming-Utah border. The Mormon Trail follows the Hastings Cutoff to California that was pioneered by the ill-fated Donner Party in 1846, a year before Brigham Young’s initial trip west. A monument marks the site.
