Dixon
Pop. 79 Elev. 6,245

Robert Dixon, for whom this town was named, was a long-lived trapper. He hoped to live long enough to see a railroad train cross the Laramie Plains, but he died in an Arapaho raid the year before the Union Pacific arrived.
